	The Blue Pear is an exclusive private dining room that will seat 25 to 35 guests. It is ideal for small celebrations, partners meetings and the ultimate food and wine pairing experiences. When you book our restaurant, the room is yours, so privacy and confidentiality are not a concern. We are conveniently located just west of the downtown core with free parking available in our lot and additional free parking on the street. A taxi ride costs about 10 to 13 dollars from most of the downtown hotels.

	Policies & Procedures
	All menus for group functions are pre-set condensed menus. That means that you will select one of the menus which will give your guests choices for each course on the event date. These menus are based on current restaurant selections. When the appropriate menu is available, we will send it to you, and you will select one appetizer, two main courses and two desserts for all of your guests As soon as a menu is selected, we will make some wine recommendations, (Please provide us an approximate budget). We also offer a variety of 5 course wine pairings to compliment your menu choices if you wish. *Please note: We will not deviate from our 5 course structure

	Billing
	Our multi-course menu is priced at $89 per person and our pricing does not include tax or gratuity. For your convenience an eighteen percent gratuity will be added to all groups over 7 people. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or attendance, whichever is greater.

	Rental Fees & Minimum Spending
	The Blue Pear requires a guarantee of 25 meals minimum to book the room. We can provide a screen for your presentation for a rental fee of $75.

	Special Requirements
	As large groups may take more time to prepare, please inform us of any special needs you may have including allergies and access to the restaurant.

	Confirmation
	Menu choices will be required 10 days before the event date. The number of guests must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the event.

	Payment
	We accept cash, and all major credit cards. Payment in full is required at completion of the function.
